After the Review

First establish what is true. Then decide what to do.

The governance review remains neutral whether it confirms alignment, identifies an exception, or cannot reach a conclusion from the available record. The client decides what to address and contacts vendors. If requested, SGG can provide separately scoped analysis and recommendations.

The governing principle

Governance first. Optimization only where the evidence justifies it.

SGG starts by verifying what is already in place. Where the evidence shows a reason to look further, we can then evaluate whether pricing, structure, or vendor strategy should be reconsidered.

Optional Follow-Through

Evidence-led support, not automatic upselling.

The core report stands on its own. Optional analysis is agreed separately; it is not required to use the findings. SGG does not contact vendors or pursue their responses.

Three Levels

Choose only the level the record supports.

Boundary: SGG does not take over day-to-day operations or prescribe what service level a property, facility or business unit should purchase. SGG does not contact vendors, pursue responses, direct corrective action or close an item merely because the client elects not to act. At a later review, unresolved items within the agreed scope are reported again, with any new evidence or documented client decision.

The review comes first.

Start with one recurring category. Add follow-through only where the evidence makes it useful.
